Frequently asked questions
The sermon will not play. What should I try?
Audio streaming requires an internet connection. Check Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity and your device’s media volume, then try playback again.
You can also tap “Listen online” in the app or open the sermon in your browser (new tab).
Can I read Scripture without an internet connection?
Yes. The Ten Commandments, reflections, and Exodus 20 are included in the app. The sermon and external website links require internet access.
Which Bible translation does the app use?
The app presents Exodus 20 from the King James Version (KJV), including the complete chapter, verses 1–26.
How do I switch between light and dark appearances?
The app follows your device’s appearance setting. Open your device’s Settings, select Display & Brightness, and choose Light or Dark.
Does sermon playback continue when I switch app tabs?
The sermon player pauses when you leave the “Why?” screen. Return to that screen and tap Play to listen again.
The app is not responding. What should I do?
Close and reopen the app, check the App Store for an update, and restart your device if needed. If the issue continues, contact support with the details listed above.
